Mission
Build the AI content engine that lets a small team produce campaign-grade visuals daily. You'll turn real product references into premium studio and lifestyle imagery, and define the workflow that makes it repeatable.
What you'll own
- Generate premium product and lifestyle visuals with AI tools, on brand.
- Build reusable prompt systems and asset pipelines.
- Turn real product photos into clean studio and lifestyle renders.
- Feed the performance team an endless stream of testable creative.
- Keep quality indistinguishable from a pro shoot.
What success looks like
- Creative output per week multiplies without new headcount.
- AI assets perform as well as shot content.
- A repeatable pipeline others can run.
First 30 days
- Rebuild our product imagery for one line, AI-first.
- Document a prompt + asset system.
- Ship 50 on-brand assets.
First 90 days
- Own an AI content pipeline feeding all channels.
- Cut creative cost-per-asset dramatically.
- Train others to use the system.
The ideal candidate
- You're a creative technologist — taste plus tooling.
- You know where AI imagery breaks and how to fix it.
- You ship volume without dropping quality.
Required
- 2+ years in content / visual production
- Mastery of AI image tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana, Seedream, etc.)
- Strong eye for premium product imagery
- Basic retouching and compositing
Preferred
- Video / motion with AI tools
- E-commerce catalog experience
- Photography background
