Mission
Work alongside our design team on live product, brand and packaging problems. You'll own real deliverables from week one and leave with shipped work in your portfolio.
What you'll own
- Support product, brand and packaging design on live projects.
- Own small deliverables end-to-end.
- Prototype, test and iterate quickly.
- Contribute ideas in reviews — your voice counts.
What success looks like
- You ship real work that goes to market.
- Your portfolio is visibly stronger.
- You're someone we want to hire full-time.
First 30 days
- Onboard onto live projects.
- Ship your first real deliverable.
- Learn our tools and standards.
First 90 days
- Own a meaningful piece of a live project.
- Have shipped work in your portfolio.
- Be considered for a full-time offer.
The ideal candidate
- You build constantly, in class and out of it.
- You have raw taste and hunger to learn.
- You sweat details already.
Required
- A portfolio showing genuine design ability
- Fluency in Figma
- Curiosity and speed
- Available on-site in Gurugram
Preferred
- 3D / CAD or motion basics
- Side projects or shipped work
- Interest in consumer hardware

Compensation
₹10,000–15,000 / month
Final numbers reflect experience and impact. We pay for talent density.
