Work directly with the founders on whatever matters most that week — research, ops, growth, product. The highest-variance, highest-learning seat in the company for a generalist who wants to build.
What you'll own
- Own research and analysis for founder priorities.
- Jump across functions to unblock what's stuck.
- Turn messy problems into clear plans.
- Prepare data, decks and briefs.
- Ship real projects end-to-end.
What success looks like
- Founders trust you with real ownership.
- You've shipped projects across 2–3 functions.
- You've learned more in months than most do in years.
First 30 days
- Get up to speed on the whole business.
- Own your first cross-functional project.
- Build something the founders use.
First 90 days
- Own a meaningful company project.
- Have visible impact across functions.
- Be a strong candidate for full-time.
The ideal candidate
- You're a fast, hungry generalist.
- You bring order to ambiguity.
- You want to start or build companies.
Required
- Exceptional analysis and communication
- A track record of building / shipping things
- Extreme ownership and speed
- Available on-site in Delhi NCR
Preferred
- Startup or founding experience
- Data / AI fluency
- A portfolio of side projects

₹10,000–15,000 / month
