Mission
Support the growth team across paid, analytics and experimentation. You'll get real ownership of campaigns and reports, and learn performance marketing by doing, not watching.
What you'll own
- Help build and monitor ad campaigns across Meta and Google.
- Pull and analyse performance data.
- Run creative and landing-page experiments.
- Research competitors and audiences.
- Keep dashboards and reports current.
What success looks like
- You own a live campaign or report.
- Your analysis changes a real decision.
- You understand D2C growth cold.
First 30 days
- Learn our accounts and metrics.
- Ship your first set of ad tests.
- Build one clean dashboard.
First 90 days
- Own a channel or reporting stream.
- Have driven a measurable improvement.
- Be considered for a full-time role.
The ideal candidate
- You love numbers and the why behind them.
- You're curious and self-starting.
- You learn tools fast.
Required
- Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills
- Genuine interest in marketing / growth
- Clear communication
- Available on-site in Delhi NCR
Preferred
- Ads Manager exposure
- SQL or GA4 basics
- A side project or store you've run
