Mission
Make HYV a category leader on Amazon and Flipkart. You'll own listings, content, advertising and operations on the platforms where most of India shops.
What you'll own
- Own marketplace listings, content and catalog health.
- Run marketplace advertising to profitable ACoS.
- Improve rank, reviews and buy-box position.
- Manage inventory and account health across platforms.
- Launch new SKUs and win their categories.
What success looks like
- Marketplace revenue grows month over month, profitably.
- Hero SKUs rank top of category.
- Account health stays green through every spike.
First 30 days
- Audit and fix every listing.
- Rebuild the marketplace ad structure.
- Set the growth and profitability targets.
First 90 days
- Own a scaling, profitable marketplace channel.
- Have a launch playbook that wins categories.
- Report clean channel P&L.
The ideal candidate
- You've grown brands on Amazon/Flipkart before.
- You're part merchandiser, part performance marketer.
- You sweat listing details and review quality.
Required
- 2+ years managing Amazon / Flipkart for a brand
- Marketplace advertising expertise
- Catalog and content optimisation skills
- Strong commercial and data sense
Preferred
- Consumer goods / drinkware experience
- A+ content / storefront design
- Quick-commerce (Blinkit/Zepto) exposure
