Mission
Support the operations team across planning, inventory and fulfilment. You'll get hands-on with the systems and shop-floor reality that keep a physical brand running.
What you'll own
- Help track inventory and orders across channels.
- Support supplier and 3PL coordination.
- Build and maintain ops trackers.
- Spot and flag process gaps.
- Assist with launches and dispatch.
What success looks like
- You own a tracker or process that sticks.
- You've fixed a small but real bottleneck.
- You understand D2C ops end-to-end.
First 30 days
- Learn our supply chain and tools.
- Own one recurring ops report.
- Shadow a dispatch cycle.
First 90 days
- Own a meaningful ops process.
- Have improved something measurable.
- Be considered for a full-time role.
The ideal candidate
- You're organised and detail-obsessed.
- You like solving real-world logistics.
- You're proactive on the ground.
Required
- Strong Excel/Sheets and organisation
- Interest in operations / supply chain
- Clear communication
- Available on-site in Delhi NCR
Preferred
- ERP / inventory tool exposure
- Data / SQL basics
- Prior ops or retail experience

Compensation
