Supply Chain Manager

Make sure world-class products are always in stock, on time, and at the right cost.
Mission
Own the flow of product from supplier to customer's door. You'll build the planning, procurement and fulfilment backbone that lets us grow fast without stockouts or waste.
What you'll own
- Own demand planning, procurement, and inventory health.
- Manage supplier and 3PL relationships and SLAs.
- Cut lead times and landed cost without cutting quality.
- Build the systems and dashboards that make ops legible.
- Keep fill rates high through every launch and spike.
What success looks like
- Stockouts on hero SKUs approach zero.
- Landed cost and lead times trend down.
- Ops runs on dashboards, not firefighting.
First 30 days
- Map the full supply chain and its failure points.
- Fix the biggest current bottleneck.
- Stand up an inventory dashboard.
First 90 days
- Own a reliable, scalable fulfilment engine.
- Have supplier SLAs and safety stocks in place.
- Support a launch flawlessly.
The ideal candidate
- You've run D2C / retail supply chains at pace.
- You're equal parts spreadsheet and shop floor.
- You pre-empt problems instead of reacting.
Required
- 4+ years in supply chain / operations
- Demand planning and inventory expertise
- Experience managing suppliers and 3PLs
- Strong data and Excel/SQL fluency
Preferred
- Consumer hardware / drinkware category
- Marketplace fulfilment (Amazon/Flipkart)
- Manufacturing exposure

Compensation
